Terms of service

• Recurring Charges: When you purchase a subscription, you authorize Club Remi to automatically charge your payment method each billing cycle.
• Billing Schedule: Your account will be billed automatically on the 1st day of each month. This payment secures your curated subscription box for the following calendar month (e.g., your August 1st payment pays for the box delivered at the start of September).

• How to Cancel: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account portal or by emailing us at  shopclubremi@gmail.com.
• Cutoff Dates: To opt-out of the upcoming month's box and stop your next automatic renewal, you must cancel your subscription before the 15th of the current month. Cancellations requested after this cutoff date will take effect for the following billing cycle.

• Complimentary Shipping: Standard delivery costs within Canada are fully included in the listed price of your subscription box.
• Address Accuracy: You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Club Remi is not responsible for boxes delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

• Age Requirement: By ordering from us, you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your province or territory of residence.
• Brand Protection: All logos, text, photos, and curated design assets on clubremi.ca belong strictly to Club Remi and may not be copied or used without our written consent.

• Ontario Jurisdiction: These Terms of Service and your relationship with Club Remi are governed entirely by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.

6. Pet Safety & Liability 

• By purchasing a Club Remi subscription box, you agree to our Terms of Service and acknowledge that all enrichment activities and products must be used under direct pet supervision. Club Remi is not liable for any injury or damage resulting from unsupervised use.
